What you can see or hear: Describe where the water is, what it smells like, and roughly when the trouble started.
When you need someone: Today, tomorrow morning or later in the week, whichever suits you, and we will work to that.

You don’t need a diagnosis before you call, because describing the symptoms is enough for us to work out which trade the job belongs to. A sewer backup and a failing water heater go to different specialists, and sorting that out is our part of the work.
